Which products are available right now?

We supply premium grades of Kenyan sisal fiber including:

• SSUG (Specially Selected UG)

• Custom-processed bulk fiber

Availability may vary depending on harvest cycles and export schedules.

Do you work with sustainably grown sisal?

Yes. Our sisal is cultivated using responsible farming practices that support soil conservation and long-term sustainability. We work closely with farmers to ensure ethical sourcing and environmentally responsible production.

Who do you supply?

We supply international buyers, rope manufacturers, agricultural suppliers, carpet and mat producers, construction material manufacturers, and industrial fiber processors across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Our typical minimum order quantity starts from one 20ft container load. Smaller trial orders may be considered depending on availability and grade requirements.

What packaging options do you offer?

Our sisal fiber is baled and compressed for export. Standard export packaging includes:

• Compressed bales
• Export-grade wrapping
• Container-ready loading

Custom packaging options are available upon request.

What quality grades/specs do you supply?

We supply internationally recognized sisal grades based on fiber length, color, strength, and cleanliness. Each batch undergoes grading and inspection before export to ensure consistency and compliance with buyer specifications.

Can you provide product documentation?

• Phytosanitary Certificate
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List

• Quality Inspection Reports (if required)

What are your shipping terms and lead times?

We ship primarily through Mombasa Port under FOB or CIF terms, depending on buyer preference. Lead times typically range from 2–4 weeks depending on order size and fiber availability.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Samples are available upon request. Sample and courier costs may apply but can be deducted from confirmed bulk orders.
