Our Processing Workflow

  1. Decortication – Fiber is extracted from sisal leaves using mechanical separation.

  2. Drying – Fiber is sun-dried or mechanically dried to achieve optimal moisture balance.

  3. Brushing & Cleaning – Removal of impurities and alignment of fibers.

  4. Grading – Fiber is classified into UG, SSUG, and Tow based on international standards.
